  • 1. Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Business Terms and Policies, the offer is available to Fxedeal Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter
  • 2. Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Cash Back Promotion”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Cash Back Promotion” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence ("minors"). If you are a minor, you may not participate in the “Cash Back Promotion”.
  • 3. The Fxedeal “25% Trading Bonus” Terms & Conditions are applicable to all Clients of Fxedeal who are approved, are eligible to trade and:
    • Run a live trading account with Fxedeal as per the applicable Minimum Account Activation Deposit and/or other requirements of Fxedeal, and subject to the present 25% Trading Bonus T&Cs;
    • Read and Accept the 25% Trading Bonus T&Cs; and
    • Make deposit(s) following (b) above
  • 4. The Trading Bonus is applicable on few account types.
  • 5. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, if applicable on any above mentioned account.
  • 6. 25% trading bonus will be applied on initial deposits followed by a 20% trading bonus on all subsequent deposits.
  • 7. Deposit bonus is available to verified clients only.
  • 8. The Bonus is not applicable on internal transfer or any transfer from other client or IB account.
  • 9. The Deposit Bonus will be credited to your account within 24 hours after the deposit. The Trading Bonus will be available to your account till the balance is positive, however, if the balance becomes negative you will have 48 hours for deposit to continue with bonus, else it will credit out without prior information or notice.
    Example: Client A deposits $1,000 and receives a bonus of $250, if the balance goes into (Minus) -$1 or less, the client will have 48 hours for deposit to continue with bonus. If the trader’s own funds withdrawn after bonus has been received, the bonus will be cancelled.
    Example: If you deposit $1,000 to your account, bonus will be $250, your equity becomes $1,250. You will need to maintain that equity upon withdrawal or transfer. In case it goes below $1,250 then bonus would be cancelled. However, if you make profit you can withdraw it anytime and it will not affect your bonus.
  • 10. The Bonus cannot be withdrawn.
  • 11. A client can cancel bonus at any time. Once deposit bonus is cancelled, it can’t be reinstated.
  • 12. Deposit, Withdrawal and Trade holding time is in conjunction with the trading terms of Fxedeal.
  • 13. Bonus hedging strictly prohibited internally or externally if any client found abusing the bonus, it will be cancelled at the same time and all deals placed will be declared null and void.
  • 14. Fxedeal may cancel a client’s bonus at any time without prior notification.
  • 15. Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Company’s Decision.
  • 16. Fxedeal reserves the right to change, update or cancel this promotion. The client will be notified via email or will be announced on the Website’s promotion menu.
  • 17. In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of the above applicable 25% Trading Bonus terms & conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by Fxedeal, acting in good faith and as it shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. Fxedeal decision shall be final and binding.
